This requires large amounts of seeds can be propagated in vitro. study aims to determine the effect TDZ on direct induction somatic embryogenesis. was conducted using completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely media consisting basal Murashige Skoog (MS) growth regulator TDZ. Each treatment out total seven treatments repeated four times. research carried from March 2022 August 2022. results showed leaf explants (clonal) could only induced 2 (1 mg/L 1.5 mg/L) 28 experimental units. earliest callus appeared 1 time 90 days after planting (DAP) PLB growing 45 (DAP), percentage explant became resulted 20 % at yields 20%.
